Register now to participate in the Financial Literacy 5K – Saturday, July 12

Financial education supporters and running enthusiasts – mark your calendars to participate in the inaugural Minnesota Credit Union Foundation Financial Literacy 5K! Set for Saturday, July 12, at Lake Normandale in Bloomington, this event is a walk/run and kids run.

Star Choice Credit Union is dedicated to financial literacy. We believe that educating our members not only equips them to be fiscally-responsible consumers, but also allows them to have a better quality of life! Personal finance is an important of piece of members’ overall well-being, and Star Choice Credit Union strives to be your trusted financial partner.

The Financial Literacy 5K is open to credit union staff, volunteers, members, and supporters – along with educators, non-profits, agencies, and financial literacy enthusiasts. Any credit unions, school or organization that registers five or more Financial Literacy 5K participants will automatically be “in the running” for the team award. Participants’ times will be aggregated and averaged to determine the best team time.
